Hi, I’m Heather

I help women living with or recovering from illness rediscover what wellness can feel like — gentle, flexible, and built to fit their life.

Maybe your body has changed in ways you never expected.
Maybe healing hasn’t been a straight line, and you’re still figuring out what “better” looks like now.

You want to care for yourself,
but the usual wellness advice doesn’t fit the reality of your energy, pain, or pace.

That’s where I come in.

I help women living with or recovering from serious health conditions feel more
grounded, supported, and at home in their bodies again.

My approach is gentle. Flexible. Compassionate.
Focused on rhythms that work with your body, not against it.
No rigid plans. No pressure to push. No shame if your progress looks different.

Together, we build habits that bring relief, not overwhelm
and help you reconnect with your body and your joy, even when life feels messy.

Because healing isn’t about doing more.
It’s about tuning in.
And starting from where you are — not where you think you “should” be.

I know this, because I’ve lived it.

I didn’t set out to be a health coach.
I was building a career in academia, juggling responsibilities, doing everything “right”

until illness brought my life to a screeching halt.

I lived with Crohn’s disease for nearly two decades.
I was well-versed in surviving.
I’d tried every diet, health hack, and medication under the sun.
But it eventually won the battle for my colon,
and in its wake, left behind an unexpected cancer diagnosis.

Treatment saved my life…
But it also left me with pain, brain fog, limited mobility, bone loss, and a body I didn’t recognize.

I was grateful to be alive, but I was done with just surviving.
I had spent so long in survival mode, and I wanted more than just getting by.

I craved energy.
I craved focus.
I craved joy.
I craved peace.

I wanted to feel like me again.

That journey cracked me open.

And from those pieces, I began to rebuild a life rooted in:

🧘🏽 Mindful self-awareness
💪🏽 Movement
🌿 Nourishment
💖 Deep self-compassion
🌈 And joy — not just as a feeling, but as a practice

After a lot of trial and error (and burning myself out trying to “make-up” for lost time), I realized...

Healing isn't about doing everything.
It's about listening to your body and starting small.

It’s about adaptation and self-acceptance.

One habit.
One moment of rest.
One act of kindness toward your body at a time.

Until one day, things start to feel steadier.
You feel more like yourself again.
And it finally feels like something is working with you,

not against you.

If that’s the kind of support you’ve been longing for...

Gentle. Personalized. Flexible.

I’d love to be your guide as you find your way back to yourself.
