How is working with a health coach different from working with my medical care team?
Your medical team focuses on treating and managing your condition. I focus on supporting you as a whole person — the day-to-day you who’s living, healing, and learning how to feel better in a body that doesn’t always cooperate.
Health coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process that helps you reconnect with your body and rebuild rhythms of wellness that fit your life — whether you’re living with a chronic condition or recovering after illness. I help you create sustainable habits and mindset shifts that support your everyday life.
Through compassionate guidance and gentle accountability, I’ll help you stay connected to what matters most, so you can create lasting change at a pace that honors your energy and your healing.
This work is about empowering you to care for yourself in ways that truly work for you.
What does a holistic approach mean for my healing?
A holistic approach means caring for your whole self — body, mind, and spirit — in ways that feel realistic and kind. In our work together, we’ll focus on building simple, sustainable habits that support your physical health, nurturing calm and balance through mindfulness and nervous system support, and creating space for joy, meaning, and connection in your everyday life. It’s about blending practical science with compassionate self-awareness, so your healing feels grounded, gentle, and uniquely your own.

Through small, sustainable shifts, we’ll shape flexible daily rhythms that reduce overwhelm and honor your both your needs and your capacity. This isn’t about doing more. How often do we meet?
Most clients meet with me weekly for 45-minute virtual coaching sessions, with optional check-ins in between. This rhythm gives you time to practice and integrate between calls and allows for ongoing support as needed.
