What is health coaching — and how is it different from a naturopath or nutritionist?

Health coaching is a collaborative, non-clinical process that helps you create sustainable, meaningful changes in your wellbeing. Unlike medical practitioners who diagnose and prescribe, I don’t hand you a plan and send you on your way.

Instead, we work together to uncover what’s getting in your way — and build habits, mindsets, and routines that feel aligned, doable, and personalized to your life. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about empowering you to care for yourself in ways that actually work.

What makes your approach holistic?

I believe wellness is about more than what you eat or how much you move — it’s about how you feel day to day, how you respond to stress, and how you relate to yourself. My approach blends science-backed health and happiness practices with mindfulness, somatic tools, and joy-based habit design — so your growth feels grounded, balanced, and fully you.

How does this fit this into my already busy life?

That’s actually part of the work. This isn’t about adding more to your plate — it’s about smashing that overloaded plate into bits and designing a new one that finally makes space for you. How often do we meet?

Most clients meet with me weekly for 45-minute virtual coaching sessions, with optional check-ins in between. This rhythm gives you time to practice and integrate between calls — with ongoing support as needed.
