Immunity Booster Cubes
Ingredients:
1 lemon, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 orange, chopped
2-3 pieces raw ginger, chopped
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp black pepper
1/3 c raw honey (manuka honey if you have it)
½ c coconut milk
3 c coconut water
Directions:
Wash all the produce well (no peeling required).
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
Transfer the liquid to ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Store the ice cubes in a freezer bag.
When needed, put two ice cubes into a mug and fill it with hot water.
