Immunity Booster Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon, chopped

  • 1 carrot, chopped

  • 1 orange, chopped

  • 2-3 pieces raw ginger, chopped

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/3 c raw honey (manuka honey if you have it)

  • ½ c coconut milk

  • 3 c coconut water

Directions:

  • Wash all the produce well (no peeling required).

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, 2-3 minutes.

  • Strain the mixture using a mesh strainer or cheesecloth.

  • Transfer the liquid to ice cube trays and freeze overnight.

  • Store the ice cubes in a freezer bag.

  • When needed, put two ice cubes into a mug and fill it with hot water.
